Platinum Equity backed-TAK Broadband, a national provider of fiber and broadband network services, completed the acquisition of Gulbranson Services, a Southern California-based telecommunications services contractor specializing in drop bury, maintenance, and fiber-to-the-home construction. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We have great respect for the business Bob DeLaHoussaye built, and the GSI team will be a valuable addition to the TAK platform. GSI is an experienced drops and construction services provider that will bolster TAK's California operations," Trent Edwards TAK CEO.
