Indigo Capital, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of a minority stake in La Famille, a fast-casual restaurant and catering chain. Financial terms were not disclosed. La Famille has chosen Indigo Capital to accelerate its development and initiate its management transition with the arrival of a new CEO.
