Carlyle-backed Groupe Lacour completed the acquisition of Proger.

Carlyle-backed Groupe Lacour, a software and digital solutions publisher dedicated to automotive after-sales professionals, completed the acquisition of Proger, an engineering company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This acquisition represents a key step for Lacour to unlock a new market and accelerate our expansion in Europe. With Proger joining our group, we are also entering Italy, a large and attractive market in the European automotive aftermarket.
