DuraServ completed the acquisition of Casco Equipment.

DuraServ, a provider of commercial, industrial, and residential overhead door and loading dock equipment, maintenance, repair, and installation services, completed the acquisition of Casco Equipment, a company that specializes in providing a wide range of door products, including dock levelers, trailer restraints, and HVLS fans. Financial terms were not disclosed. "I think the partnership with DuraServ is what Casco needs to take our business and customers to the next level. Through DuraServ's vast network of branch locations, we can service our customers around the country seamlessly," Bill Sherick, Casco General Manager and Owner.
