Bosch to acquire Servei Tecnic and Setesa Group.

Bosch, a multinational engineering and technology company, agreed to acquire Servei Tecnic, a long-established Spanish company specializing in the repair of electrical equipment, and Setesa Group, a company that specializes in providing official technical service. Financial terms were not disclosed.
