Tikehau-backed Brandart completed the acquisition of Terotecna for €25m.

Tikehau-backed Brandart, a global provider of packaging, merchandising, and display procurement solutions, completed the acquisition of Terotecna, a specialized Italian firm recognized for its lighting design and technical installations, for €25m. With the acquisition of Terotecna, the Brandart Group is expanding into visual merchandising and retail events, targeting €500 million in sales and strengthening its global sales platform.
