Astronics Corporation completed the acquisition of Bühler Motor Aviation from Bühler Motor Group.

Astronics Corporation, a provider of advanced technologies for the aerospace and defense industries, completed the acquisition of Bühler Motor Aviation, a German manufacturer of aircraft seat actuation systems and related motion control components, from Bühler Motor Group, a global supplier of mechatronic drive solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. “BMA is an ideal tuck in to complement our current aircraft seat actuation solutions and brings additional engineering expertise, innovative technologies, and strong customer relationships.
