Keensight Capital, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Bedfont Scientific, a UK-based company that specializes in the design and manufacture of non-invasive exhaled breath and medical gas monitoring instruments. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We see a significant opportunity to expand the use of breath analysis in medical diagnosis and monitoring. It is critical that this technology is reliable and accessible. Our vision is a world where everyone has access to instant, non-invasive, simple breath testing.
