HomeX Services Group completed the acquisition of Carmine’s Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning.

HomeX Services Group, a network of HVAC, plumbing, and home services, completed the acquisition of Carmine’s Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning, a provider of plumbing, heating, and air-conditioning services. Financial terms were not disclosed. This strategic move strengthens HXSG’s Northeast footprint and, in collaboration with GEM Plumbing & Heating, provides a strong platform to deliver high-performance HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services to residential and light commercial customers throughout Connecticut.
