Vance Street Capital completed the acquisition of MRPC.

Vance Street Capital, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of MRPC, a manufacturer specializing in the design and production of medical devices. Financial terms were not disclosed. “MRPC has developed a reputation for excellence in silicone molding, and we are excited to partner with the Company to support the ongoing buildout of additional capabilities and capacity to serve the medical and life science end markets,” said Steve Sandbo, Vance Street Capital Partner.
