Proponent completed the acquisition of Avioparts from ProA Capital.

Proponent, a privately held aerospace distributor company, completed the acquisition of Avioparts, a company supplier of lubricants, chemicals, aircraft tires and logistic solutions for aircraft maintenance, from ProA Capital, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are excited to have Avioparts join the Proponent family.
