Froneri to acquire European ice cream business from Food Union.

Froneri, an ice cream company, agreed to acquire European ice cream business from Food Union, a food-producer and distributor in Europe. Financial terms are not disclosed. “Froneri is the global benchmark in ice cream, and we’re delighted that our loved brands have found a perfect home with a truly world-class leader.
