Oakley Capital-backed Alerce Group completed the acquisition of Gadir Consultores.

Oakley Capital-backed Alerce Group, a Spanish provider of transport and logistics software solutions, completed the acquisition of Gadir Consultores, a consulting firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Joining the Alerce Group will generate significant synergies that will propel PROXIUM to even greater growth, maintaining its current high level of after-sales service and ensuring that our customers work with an application that is always at the forefront of technology. It was a very carefully considered decision. We were looking to join forces with a large group that could help us unlock PROXIUM’s enormous potential, providing us with a solid structure that would allow us to compete with anyone, both now and in the future.
