F2 Strategy, a boutique management consulting firm, completed the acquisition of HBMJ, a consulting firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition follows F2 Strategy’s purchase of Aliter Investment Services earlier this year and represents the next step in the firm’s growth plan.
