Ege Kimya completed the acquisition of Metal Oksit.

Ege Kimya, a producer of specialty chemicals with a strong presence in metal-based chemicals, silicates, and other industrial chemicals, completed the acquisition of Metal Oksit, a zinc oxide producer serving tire, rubber, ceramics, cosmetics, paint, and agriculture. Financial terms were not disclosed.
