GBG completed the acquisition of Datatools for AUD16m.

GBG, a global identity technology business enabling safe and rewarding digital lives, completed the acquisition of DataTools, a provider of address validation and data quality solutions in Australia and New Zealand, for AUD16m. “We are delighted to welcome the experienced team at DataTools to GBG.
