Hazel Health completed the merger with Little Otter.

Hazel Health, a K-12 telehealth provider, completed the merger with Little Otter, a digital mental health company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Little Otter has merged with Hazel Health to expand access to high-quality, family-centered mental-health care.
