Nactarome Group completed the acquisition of Plantex from Mérieux Equity Partners.

Nactarome Group, a company that specializes in creating and manufacturing high-quality natural taste and color solutions, completed the acquisition of Plantex, a French vegetal extractor for the nutraceutical and food industry, from Mérieux Equity Partners, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “I am very pleased that Plantex is joining the Nactarome family, adding to our already significant presence in the EU market.
