A group of investors to invest in Sebia.

A group of investors, including Tethys Invest, an investment company, CVC Capital Partners, a private equity and investment advisory firm, and La Caisse, a Canadian institutional investor and pension fund manager, agreed to invest in Sebia, a provider of clinical protein electrophoresis equipment and reagents, a technology used for in vitro diagnostic testing. Financial terms were not disclosed.
