Arthur J. Gallagher & Co completed the acquisition of Strategic Services Group.

Arthur J. Gallagher & Co., a global insurance brokerage, risk management and consulting services firm, completed the acquisition of Strategic Services Group, a provider of employee benefits consulting services. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Strategic Services Group has a strong reputation for client service and will expand our employee health benefits consulting capabilities in the region.
