Synopsis
Grupo Martinon, Domingo Alonso Group and Grupo Satocan-backed Archipielago Aguas, a Spanish holding company, completed the acquisition of a 45% stake in Canaragua, a company operating in the environment and water services sector, from Veolia Group, a multinational company providing services related to the management of water, waste and energy resources. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We want to strengthen a company that has been part of the development of the Canary Islands for decades. Our commitment is to support Veolia in a project that combines sustainability, innovation and a commitment to the future of the archipelago," José Julio Artiles, Archipielago Aguas President.
