Alliant Insurance Services completed the acquisition of McAfee Insurance Agency.

Alliant Insurance Services, a company specializing in insurance brokerage and risk management, completed the acquisition of McAfee Insurance Agency, an East Texas-based insurance service provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The new office location and key hires in South and East Texas align with Alliant’s growth strategy in the state. The growth solidifies our leadership position in providing strategic risk management insight to the transportation industry while leveraging technology platforms to ease the complexities of international brokering,” Michael Cusack, Alliant Specialty Executive Vice President.
