Advent-backed Mediq to acquire Medguard Healthcare.

Advent-backed Mediq, an international healthcare company, agreed to acquire Medguard Healthcare, an Irish healthcare supplier of medical products and services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This step reflects our mission to enable sustainable healthcare.
