Beijer Ref, a supplier of raw materials, industrial equipment, tools, and parts, completed the acquisition of an 80% majority stake in Airwave, an HVAC distributor in the Baltic markets. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Airwave is a strong brand in the region and reinforces our capabilities in the HVAC sector.
