Beijer Ref, a manufacturer and wholesaler of cooling technology and HVAC, completed the acquisition of an 80% stake in Airwave, an importer and wholesaler of heating, ventilation and air conditioning equipment. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Airwave is a strong brand in the region and reinforces our capabilities in the HVAC sector. The company's product portfolio and proven industry experience enhance our ability to deliver a wider range of solutions to customers.
