Solve Industrial Motion Group completed the acquisition of B&B Manufacturing.

Solve Industrial Motion Group, a provider of engineered bearings and power transmission solutions, completed the acquisition of B&B Manufacturing, a US manufacturer of power transmission and precision mechanical components. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The B&B acquisition greatly expands Solve's domestic manufacturing capabilities and allows us to be a full spectrum provider of drive train solutions. Our customers will greatly benefit from B&B's domestic manufacturing, which enables faster lead times and significant made-to-order capabilities," Ernie Lauber, Solve CEO.
