Phoenix to acquire Haemato Pharm from Haemato and M1 Kliniken.

Phoenix, a long-term savings and retirement business and an insurance services provider, agreed to acquire Haemato Pharm from Haemato, a parallel importer, and M1 Kliniken, a company that operates in the field of aesthetic and surgical treatments. Financial terms were not disclosed.
