Barings, an asset management firm, completed the acquisition of Smedeland 28 of Jensen & Nielsen Gruppen, a property developer. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Following our entry into the market earlier this year with the acquisition of a build-to-rent scheme, this transaction reflects our conviction in the strength of the Danish living sector.
