Griffin Gaming Partners completed the acquisition of Playdigious for €10.5m.

Griffin Gaming Partners, a venture capital firm, completed the acquisition of Playdigious, a French video game publisher and porting studio, for €10.5m. “Playdigious is exactly the kind of business we want to back as we expand into buyouts: profitable, strategically well-positioned, and built for long-term growth.
