Dentressangle Capital-backed Flexdev Group, a provider of textile personalisation and decoration solutions for the sports and lifestyle sectors, completed the acquisition of Polygraphic, a printing services company producing heat seal transfers and labeling solutions for apparel and sportswear. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition aims to expand Flexdev Group’s reach and capabilities in Europe and the Americas, leveraging Polygraphic’s strong market presence in over 65 countries and operational facilities in both the Netherlands and Honduras to drive innovation and excellence in textile customisation worldwide.
