One Equity Partners to acquire a majority stake in Digital Value.

One Equity Partners, a middle market private equity firm, agreed to acquire a majority stake in Digital Value, an Italian technology solutions-focused value-added reseller. Financial terms were not disclosed. “One Equity Partners is pleased to partner with Digital Value as its new anchor investor as the company delivers technology solutions at scale serving both public and corporate customers.
