HGS Bioscience completed the acquisition of Nutriag from Paine Schwartz Partners.

HGS Bioscience, a provider of humic and fulvic acid-based products, completed the acquisition of Nutriag, a crop technology company, from Paine Schwartz Partners, a private equity firm.
