Iniva, a technology and IT consulting company, completed the acquisition of Okse, a UX and design consultancy company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We were at a crossroads. We didn't want to change anything about what makes Okse unique, but at the same time we had to take action to compete against the other big players. For a while we thought we had to choose between the two, but with Iniva we get both," Knut Hæhre, Okse CEO.
