Curewell Capital to acquire a majority stake in Wilmington PharmaTech.

Curewell Capital, a Los Angeles-based private equity firm focused on building industry-leading healthcare companies, agreed to acquire a majority stake in Wilmington PharmaTech, a specialty contract research, development, and manufacturing organization. Financial terms are not disclosed. "Our investment will help WPT accelerate its next phase of growth amid strong market demand for specialized development capabilities and dependable, high-quality manufacturing capacity in the US," Michael Dal Bello, Curewell Capital Partner.
