MJH Life Sciences completed the acquisition of BPD Healthcare from WindRose Health Investors.

MJH Life Sciences, a privately held medical media company, completed the acquisition of BPD Healthcare, a technology-enabled marketing and communications firm, from WindRose Health Investors, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed.
