CGI-backed CGI ISMC (Polska) to acquire Comarch Polska from Comarch.

CGI-backed CGI ISMC (Polska), the wholly owned Polish subsidiary of CGI Group, an independent IT and business consulting services firm, agreed to acquire Comarch Polska, a subsidiary of Comarch, specializing in IT solutions for public administration, from Comarch, a Polish multinational software house and systems integrator. Financial terms were not disclosed.
