CGI completed the acquisition of Comarch Polska from Comarch.

CGI Group, an independent IT and business consulting services firm, completed the acquisition of Comarch Polska, a subsidiary of Comarch, specializing in IT solutions for public administration, from Comarch, a Polish multinational software house and systems integrator. Financial terms were not disclosed.
