SFC Energy to acquire a 15% stake in Oneberry Technologies.

SFC Energy, a direct methanol and hydrogen fuel cell manufacturer, agreed to acquire a 15% stake in Oneberry Technologies, a technology and service provider. Financial terms are not disclosed. "Our investment supports SFC’s long-term goal of scaling our fuel cell technology across fast-growing markets, while further enhancing our profitability and revenue base,” Peter Podesser, SFC Energy CEO.
