Impilo to acquire Oticon Medical from Demant.

Impilo, a Nordic healthcare‑focused investment company, agreed to acquire Oticon Medical, a global provider of bone‑anchored hearing solutions (BAHS) and related technologies, from Demant, a hearing healthcare group involved with hearing care, hearing aids, audiometric equipment, and personal communication devices, for DKK600m.
