Inveniam to acquire Storj.

Inveniam, a data operations management and orchestration solution for private market assets, bringing access, transparency, and trust to asset performance data, agreed to acquire Storj, a cloud object storage platform that provides secure, high-performance storage. Financial terms are not disclosed.
