FJCB to acquire Truffaut from Compagnie Franco-Belge De Distribution.

FJCB, a Belgian holding company involved in investment and corporate ownership activities, agreed to acquire Truffaut, a company specializing in gardening, pet care and home decoration, from Compagnie Franco-Belge De Distribution, a Belgian-based holding company and part of Groupe Louis Delhaize, for $125m.
