Cascade Services completed the acquisition of ECM Air Conditioning from Air Pros USA.

Cascade Services, a residential tri-trade services platform, completed the acquisition of ECM Air Conditioning, an air conditioning plumbing, electrical and home warranty company, from Air Pros USA, an AC installer, repair & preventive maintenance company. Financial terms were not disclosed.
