Blue Point-backed National Safety Apparel completed the acquisition of Gemtor.

Blue Point-backed National Safety Apparel, a provider of flame-resistant clothing and personal protective equipment, completed the acquisition of Gemtor, a US-based manufacturer of high-performance fall protection, confined space retrieval and rescue equipment. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The Gemtor team exemplifies product excellence and reliability, which is a rare combination that has earned deep trust in the industry.
