JT Group and CVC DIF to acquire Manx Telecom Group.

JT Group, a full-service global connectivity and business enterprise provider, and CVC DIF, the infrastructure strategy of global private markets manager CVC, agreed to acquire Manx Telecom Group, a communications and digital infrastructure provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This is a significant milestone for JT Group and Manx Telecom Group.
