Verlinvest completed the acquisiton of a minority stake in Eye Foundation for $75m.

Verlinvest, an international, family-backed evergreen investment company, completed the acquisiton of a minority stake in Eye Foundation, an operater of over 25 hospitals across Tamil Nadu, Kerala and Karnataka in India, specializing in modern eye care and treatment, for $75m. “India has already shown strong returns for us to date and we believe it has further scope to consistently outperform most global markets.
