Brown & Brown Capital-backed Wright Flood completed the acquisition of Poulton Associates.

Brown & Brown Capital-backed Wright Flood, a flood insurance provider engaged in offering federal, excess, and private flood coverage, completed the acquisition of Poulton Associates, an insurance administrator engaged in providing catastrophe insurance solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We look forward to welcoming the Poulton team.
