Electro-Mechanical completed the acquisition of Powercon.

Electro-Mechanical, a manufacturer of medium voltage switchgear and power distribution equipment, completed the acquisition of Powercon Corporation, a provider of custom-designed medium voltage switchgear, e-houses, and modular substation power systems.
