Differential Capital to acquire TCCA from Murray & Roberts.

Differential Capital, a South African investment firm, agreed to acquire TCCA, a company that owns Cementation Africa and other mining contracting businesses, from Murray & Roberts, a South African engineering and construction group. Financial terms were not disclosed.
