Voyager Technologies completed the acquisition of ExoTerra Resource.

Voyager Technologies, a defense and space technology company that develops and provides mission-critical systems and solutions, completed the acquisition of ExoTerra Resource, an aerospace company engaged in developing space propulsion systems.
