Keyera completed the acquisition of a 50% stake in the midstream assets of Kiwetinohk Energy for CAD200m.

Synopsis

Keyera, one of Canada’s independent midstream energy companies, completed the acquisition of a 50% stake in the midstream assets of Kiwetinohk Energy, an integrated Canadian energy company that focuses on high-margin natural gas production, for CAD200m. By owning 50% of Bigstone, Keyera can now offer producers a seamless "wellhead-to-market" solution. Raw gas is processed at Bigstone, and the resulting liquids are fed into Keyera’s KAPS pipeline for transport to the Fort Saskatchewan storage and fractionation hub.
